Version 1.1 change, announced per §10: the plans formerly named Resident, Steward, and Sovereign are now named Connect, Network, and Publish. Names only — every price, cap, inclusion, and commitment is unchanged, and what a past payment already bought is unaffected.
1. What the service is
reBe Intelligence gives a website its own AI assistant that runs in each visitor's browser. The AI models and the Site-Agent SDK are free for everyone, forever — they are not part of any charge. What a subscription buys is the packaging: composition and stewardship of your context packages, deterministic Flows, connected-site continuity, and signed releases — assembled into a form that is yours and only yours.
2. Free use (Connect)
Any site may use reBe Intelligence on one site free of charge, permanently: full local intelligence, automatic site context, visitor-local memory, the "Powered by reBe" mark, and community support. No account, token, or signup is required — a site's identity is its own origin.
3. Paid plans
Billing is per owner (one person or organization), never per token, seat, or conversation — inference runs on visitors' hardware and is unmeterable by design.

Prices are capped for you at the price you subscribed at: future price revisions apply to future customers; what a past payment already bought is never revised retroactively.
4. What you keep forever
Delivered value is yours, free and paid alike: the SDK code, downloaded model weights, delivered overlay versions, exported configuration, visitor-local history, and every answer already produced. Cancellation stops future service only; everything already delivered keeps working.
The recurring charge pays only for: hosted overlay versioning and recovery; new signed model and security releases; CDN distribution capacity; the connected-site continuity service; opt-in analytics aggregation. Nothing else will be moved behind the recurring charge.
5. Billing lifecycle
Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Refunds are limited to legal minimums. A 14-day grace period follows a failed renewal before entitlements lapse. On downgrade, you choose which sites remain connected. Export of overlays and configuration is always available. Your entitlement state, cancellation, downgrade, and refund status are visible and operable from your owner console without human help.
6. Domain claims
Claiming a domain (required for paid features) uses a one-time owner code on the embed line or a DNS record, removable after verification. Claim only domains you control; false claims may be reversed and the associated account terminated.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to breach visitors' privacy (including trying to extract visitor conversations, which the design withholds from site owners and from us alike). Do not resell access to the hosted services outside white-label terms. Abuse that threatens the service for others may be rate-limited or suspended; paid entitlements already delivered remain per §4.
8. Service changes
Free-plan hosted parameters (default model size for new visitors, crawl frequency, corpus caps) may be tuned to keep the free plan sustainable. Paid plans are never degraded to protect free-plan costs.
9. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law and changes to these terms
Governed by the law of Ontario, Canada. Material changes to these terms are versioned, dated, and announced on this page before taking effect; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. The §4 keep-forever commitment applies across versions of these terms.
